You don’t need to find yourself - you are already here!

The real you might be buried under opinions and setbacks, but the real you is still there. It never went away.

Instead of searching for you lost self, you can create who you want to be!

Sit down and write a description of who you want to be, what you want to do, how you want to live, and what is most important to you in life. Forget everyone else!

This is about you and your personal growth and identity.

What matters the most?

Start by being honest with yourself.

If I sat down and decided I wanted to be a movie star, I would not accomplish that goal because I’m not ready for that internally.

I would have to question my motives.

When you begin to shape who you want to be, you must be honest with yourself about your ability to be that person.

You must form the foundation for the life you want to live.

You will need to get rid of thoughts and negative attitudes.

You will also need to remember your goal every day!

Write it - “I want to be the person I was meant to be and I won’t stop until that happens.”

Start with the foundation — who you want to be as a human being from the inside out.

Instead of searching for a role in life, you have the power to create the wonderful person who fills the most essential roles in life.
